Queues are a regular occurrence in everyday life, are in a situation where the row should not precede each. Queuing system that we see every day as queues of customers of banks, supermarket checkout queues, queues of cars at the toll booth, queues at gas stations and others that in these places there are queues were very long and tiring.

This scientific writing is aimed to analyze the queues at  34-13605 filling using multi-channel - single phase methode  to determine the data and conclusions of the methods that will be used to analyze the queue. With this method it can be seen how long customers wait in the queue and in the service system.

Based on the survey results and the calculation results in the rush hour it can be said that the average vehicle waiting in the queue peak hours when operated with 4 facilities / dispenser will occur an average of 0,012 vehicles and the average time a vehicle in the queue 0.4716 seconds. It shows almost no queues of vehicles.
Based on the survey results and the results of calculations on a regular clock can be said that the average vehicle waiting in the queue regular hours when operated with 4 facilities / dispenser will occur on average 0.0062 vehicles and the average time a vehicle in the queue 0.2837 seconds , It also shows virtually no queues of vehicles.

So, based on the analysis both of the survey found that queues at busy times for 0,012 vehicles and at regular hours in a queue of vehicles 0.0062 premium fuel contained 4 facility / dispenser.
So from the calculations obtained queues that occur at the pump 34-13605 is almost no queues of vehicles.
